This wok features a 3-layer construction: a 0.5mm pure titanium cooking surface with a hand-hammered finish sits over a 1mm aluminum core for fast, even heat, and a 0.6mm magnetic stainless steel base ensures full induction compatibility.

The flat bottom design provides stability on all stovetop types, while the deep, curved walls preserve the high-heat, high-capacity cooking that wok work demands.

The surface is free from PFAS, PFOA, PTFE, lead, cadmium, nanoparticles, and heavy metals.

Over time, the titanium surface improves with use and seasoning, becoming more non-stick without any coating needed.

Available in three sizes and also with an optional lid for each size. Sizes: 11.8" (30cm), 12.6" (32cm), 13.4" (34cm). Each size is available with or without a lid.

Compatibility and heat tolerance: suitable for gas, electric, induction, oven, and grill. Heat tolerance up to 1000°F / 548°C. Metal utensil safe.
