The cooking surface features a 0.5mm layer of pure titanium with a hammered finish, delivering inherent non-stick properties without coatings. Oils season the micro-texture over time, sharpening the surface’s slickness as you cook.
Underneath lies a 1mm aluminum core to ensure even, swift heat distribution across the entire cooking area, topped by a 0.6mm magnetic stainless steel base that makes the pan induction-ready as well as compatible with gas, electric, and ceramic cooktops.
The dual-side handle design provides a stable grip for lifting, transferring, and serving directly from stove to table. The broader, symmetric handles offer improved control when managing a loaded pan with both hands compared with a single long handle.
Safety and purity are built in: the surface contains no PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead, cadmium, nanoparticles, or heavy metals. The hammered titanium surface resists flaking, peeling, chipping, or leaching into food.
This pan is metal utensil safe and dishwasher safe, with heat resistance up to 548°C / 1000°F. Care instructions: pre-season before first use with a teaspoon of oil over medium-low heat for 2 to 3 minutes. You can either hand wash or place it in the dishwasher after cooking.
