Mix the concentrate with water in a 70:30 ratio, then spray or pour uniformly and allow it to dry. It becomes walkable in about 2 hours and fully cures after roughly 24 hours. Once cured, it resists rain, wind, and UV exposure. The dried finish is transparent; the product is water-based, non-toxic, odourless, and safe for plants and animals. It won’t yellow or leave a lingering odor or harmful runoff.
